Engine Company 4


Engine 41 (PipeLine 58):

Engine 41 is our newest piece of apparatus. Engine 41 is a 1995 Pierce Dash. Engine 41 has a 1500-gpm 2 stage pump and a 750 gallon tank. It has a top mounted waterous pump with a front suction. Engine 41 is our first unit out on engine company calls. Engine 41 features six preconnected hand lines, 1500 feet of 5 inch supply line, and also 600 feet of 3 inch supply line. engine 41 is also equipped with a 7.5 kw water cooled Onan generator, power reels, and portable flood lights.

Engine 42 (58-2):

Engine 42's layout is almost identical to that of Engine 41. Engine 42 is a 1989 Pierce Dash D8000 with a 1250-gpm 2 stage pump and a 500 gal tank. Enigine 42 is our second unit that responds on engine company calls. Engine 42 has 2000 feet of 5 inch supply line, and 600 feet of 3 inch supply line.

 

Rescue Company 4


Rescue 4 (Rescue 58):

Rescue 4 is a 1987 refurbished Ford Bruco. Rescue 4 is one of our two air banks. Rescue 4 has 8 –6000lb air cascade system. Rescue 4 is equipped with a 21 kw P.T.O. generator and a 6 ton electric winch. Along with the numerous rescue tools Rescue 4 also carries rope rescue equipment for high angle and confined space rescue. Rescue 4 also hold numerous floor and stand lights for providing light at any emergency situation.

 

Rescue 4a (Air Unit 58):

Rescue 4a is a 1989 Ford/Reading. Rescue 4a holds our second air bank. Rescue 4a's air bank is a 8 – 6000lb air cascade system. Rescue 4a is has a 12 kw diesel generator to provide power at any emergency situation. Rescue 4a also houses numerous tools and lights for a wide variety of rescue situations.
